Interests: Reading mystery, drama, sci-fi, and other fictional books. When life gets too real for me, I lose myself in a good book. It is a good way to ignore the world around you, especially when it's a truly good book. Hiking has been one of my interests but I unfortunately have not been able to do much of it. Looking, feeling, and absorbing the beauty of what Mother Nature has created somehow always heals a wounded spirit. I'm pretty much interested in everything, as long as it's worth being interested in. I want to know everyone and everything.

I feel a need to litter the world with my genes.

Mondays are the suckiest days of the week!

So like Monday, I had a test right, and I couldn't remember half of what I studied. Gotta start preparing at least a week before a test.  Brain cells aren't like they used to be.  Getting too old.  It ain't my drinking or addiction to the lolo plant, I'm pretty sure.  Perhaps it's my gambling and porn addiction....uh..yeah...

I was feeling kind of crappy anyhow that morning, but went through my day as I normally.  I was home when I logged in to Myspace because I had to send a few important messages to a few relatives on there.  I was asked a few questions that didn't irk or ire, just plain odd questions by SIL.

Apparently, crap hit the fan and it's flyin' all over the place because my aunt moved in with Pops (the man's Granpa).  They think she's taking advantage of him and stuff, like really...what is there to take advantage of?  If anything, my aunt is being taken advantage of.  The man's relations seem to think she is after their inheritance...like really?  She's there to help him, and if all the relations don't like it, mebbe they should stop asking him for money and never show up when he needs help?  We are the only family who don't owe him a dime, and if anything, we've done more to help him than anyone else.  We pay for half of the trips we take, and if we don't have the money for anything, we don't need it that bad...right?

So I kind of get upset over the whole situation, ask the man to call Pops and tell him what's being said about my aunt living with him.  He assured us everything was fine so we let it go.

After a few calming techniques to bring my heart rate and blood pressure down, I realize that one of the boys is really sick and so am I.  We ended up spending 5 hours in the ER last night.  We were all worried that it may be swine flu, but it was only strep.  Got shots in the butt and came home to sleep away the sickness.  Oi ve!  Still got a freakin' head-banging headache!  We seem to be feeling better but we are still walking germ factories so we need to stay home and keep our germs to ourselves...blegh...blegh!

Today I miss going to class.  I miss the titillating lectures of my programming class!

Happy thoughts now.  Check out these old photos of my family.

This is my Dad when he was in high school.

P.S.  Did I mention that I truly want to have another baby?  Seriously, is there something wrong with me?  The act of procreating is fun but why am I hoping for an "accident"?

I am soooo weird....

Happy Aloha Friday!

Kika

How have u all been?  I read my subs all the time and I've missed some people who haven't blogged for a while.  I appear to be a bit too busy to blog these days but I do keep up with everyone and I laugh and cry with u all.

Much luv to all!
